Luis Carlos Espitia Melo

Attorney at Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, with a specialization in Business Law and extensive experience in Commercial Law. He is certified in insolvency proceedings and currently serves on the official roster of liquidators and intervention agents of the Superintendency of the Solidarity Economy, as well as the roster of court-appointed insolvency professionals of the Superintendency of Companies. He actively participates in corporate insolvency, judicial liquidation, and business intervention proceedings.

Daniel Felipe Espitia Cardona

Attorney at Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, specialized in Civil Liability and Compensatory Damages as well as Civil Procedure. He has extensive experience in civil and administrative litigation and is currently pursuing a degree in Public Accounting. He serves on the official roster of court-appointed insolvency professionals of the Superintendency of Companies. He is also an expert in Foreign Exchange Regulations and teaches this subject at Universidad Externado de Colombia, Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (Medellín), and Universidad Católica.

María Camila Díaz Ruiz

Law candidate at Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca and Business Administrator from Politécnico Grancolombiano. She has professional experience in the healthcare sector as well as in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Insolvency Law. She is currently a member of the legal team at E&E LEGALE S.A.S., where she supports matters involving corporate insolvency, business restructuring, and strategic litigation before judicial and administrative authorities.
